The Animal Resource Center of the Inland Empire will begin providing animal services July 1, 2025, which include animal control and sheltering services. The Veterinarian will be responsible for supervising subordinate clinical staff. Additionally, this class is responsible for providing oversight and guidance on the health and well-being of animals housed at the Animal Resource Center’s shelter.
Under general direction, supervise and direct the operation of the veterinary services team; performs veterinary services including spay/neuter surgeries; examines and determines preventative medical care and treatments for shelter animals and stray animal emergency cases; vaccinates; and provides oversight for the security and dispensing of drugs and ensures compliance with all federal and state regulations. Performs other related duties as requested.
